Questions we are asked most often
Can I consult online instead of coming to the clinic?
Yes. An online consultation is a scheduled video appointment with one of our doctors, and the case is taken in the same way as an appointment in the clinic. Patients in 108 countries have consulted Welling Homeopathy this way.
Will medicines be sent to me if I consult online?
Medicines are prepared for your case and delivered to you where this is applicable and permitted. Delivery outside India depends on the rules of the destination country; the clinic will confirm what is possible for your location before you book.
What should I bring or send before my first consultation?
Anything that helps the doctor read the history: previous prescriptions, investigation reports, scans and a note of what has already been tried and how you responded to it. The clinic will tell you where to send them securely.
Should I stop my current medication?
No. Do not stop or change any prescribed medication without speaking to the doctor who prescribed it. Tell us what you are taking so it can be taken into account.
How long does treatment usually take?
It depends on the condition and how long it has been present. Long-standing conditions are followed over months rather than weeks, with reviews along the way. The doctor will give you a realistic view of the likely course at the first consultation rather than a fixed promise.
