How To Increase Sperm Count Fast Without Medicine?

Tired of Treatments That Didn't Work? Change to Experts For Complete Recovery

We all know that sperm count is an important factor in infertility. But did you know that it can also be a contributing factor to many other health conditions? For example, low levels of testosterone are associated with prostate cancer and heart disease, so men who have lower than normal sperm counts may want to take steps to increase the amount they produce. Here are five ways you can do just that!

You can also increase sperm count fast with our natural Homeopathy medicines, with our tailor-made Homeopathy treatment for sperm count. Talk to our specialist today, to save time.

What is Male Fertility?

Male infertility can be a frustrating struggle for men who want to start their own family. It usually depends on the quality of his sperm, but sometimes it could also depend on sexual functionality or semen quality – we’ll get more into that later! First off though, what is male fertility? Fertility refers to people’s ability to reproduce without medical assistance and in this case we’re talking about males being fertile with women. Male infertility differs from female because most infertile females have no issue producing eggs; whereas many cases of male sterility are due either issues affecting sperm production (like poor motility) or things like erectile dysfunction which might affect reproductive function as well since sex drive is often tied together at the hip when you think about them

How to increase sperm count fast and naturally?

Some men are embarrassed about low sperm count. They may think that it means they can’t father a child, but this isn’t the case. There is often some underlying medical condition that causes their fertility issue and there are many ways to help overcome these issues without resorting to drugs or surgery. You should talk with your doctor if you have any concerns about infertility so he/she can get to work on finding out what’s going on!

Sperm count is an important factor for couples who want to conceive children – low sperm count might make conception difficult and associated with male infertility. Lifestyle changes such as exercising, eating healthy can be very helpful in increasing sperm count and getting pregnant.

increase sperm count fast

Get enough exercise and sleep to increase sperms

Scientific research has found that exercising regularly and maintaining an appropriate BMI can lead to a healthier sperm count. One study in particular from 2017, examined the effects of aerobic exercise on 45 men with obesity who were sedentary before starting their 16-week program. The participants exercised three times per week for 50 minutes each session, reaching at least 65% of their peak heart rate throughout the workout period–and it paid off! Regular exercisers saw increased semen volume and motility by up to 22%.

It’s time to quit smoking to increase sperms

Cigarette smoking is really bad for your heart and lungs, but it also can contribute to erectile dysfunction. It reduces semen quality and interferes with in vitro fertilization (IVF). If you haven’t already done so, do yourself a favour by quitting now before the damage gets worse – or if not for those reasons then at least because cigarettes are terrible for nearly all measures of male fertility: one study found that heavy smokers had 19% less sperm than non-smokers!

Sperm Density, Sperm Count, Sperm Motility

One of the most compelling arguments to not smoke is that it can damage fertility for both males and females. In a host of studies, tobacco has been found to be linked with lower male sperm count as well as decreased female ovulation rates- which could lead couples without children into more difficult situations down the road if they are unable to conceive naturally.

Studies have also shown smoking’s ability in reducing zinc levels within semen and reducing sperm density.

Avoid excessive alcohol to increase sperms

The number of controlled studies to have explored the link between sperm health and drugs is limited. One 2018 review has linked the worldwide use of drugs such as alcohol to decreased semen production in humans – some evidence does not support this theory so further research needs be done before it could be confirmed that there’s a connection.

Avoid certain prescription medications to increase sperms

Some prescription medications are known to adversely affect sperm production. The effect is usually temporary, but if the medication cannot be stopped or switched then it may become permanent. Some of these drugs include antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and antidepressants among others that can inhibit the healthy development of male reproductive organs like testicles which produce testosterone in the body naturally as well as keep them from reaching their sexual maturity at a rapid pace during puberty.

Get enough vitamin D to increase sperms

Vitamin D is a nutrient that plays an important role in the health of sperm. New research shows it may be associated with improved fertility rates and higher levels of calcium, according to 2019 reviews from 18 studies across the globe. This information should not discourage you though – more clinical trials are needed before any concrete conclusions can be drawn on this topic.

Relax – Reduce Stress to increase sperms

Reducing stress can improve your man’s fertility. Make sure you get enough sleep and regular exercise but don’t overdo it with excessive marathon workouts because that has been shown to decrease testosterone levels and sperm quality! Try a little relaxation exercise like meditation or deep breathing for some much-needed relief from the daily stress. Go for vacations or short outings from a busy schedule.

Spinach to Increase Sperm Fast

Spinach is an excellent source of folic acid which increases the health and number of sperm. Folate-rich leafy vegetables are integral for healthy development, so why not add some spinach to your diet?
Folates play a key role in DNA synthesis which means they’re essential when developing new cells – including sperm! Spinach can also help reduce abnormal sperms while increasing chances with successful penetration into eggs by increased levels. Spinach is the leafy green that will make your sperm stronger and healthier. Spinach’s densely packed leaves are rich with Folic Acid, which supports healthy sperms production. This concentrated dose of folic acid also reduces abnormal or dead cells in semen for a better chance at fertilization!

Which are vitamins to increase sperm volume?

If your sperm volume is low, or if you are just looking to give yourself the best chance possible to have a baby, check out some of these vitamins that can help increase it.

Vitamin C, D, E, CoQ10, Zinc, and others can help to improve sperm volume and quality and to boost overall male fertility.

Some men might not be aware of this but there’s actually something called “sperm volume.” Semen contains more than just sperm-it also has nutrients for spermatogenesis and seminal plasma which helps keep semen from getting too thick so it’ll come through easier when ejaculated. The amount varies widely among people because they’re produced at different rates in each individual body; however, about 3 millilitres per day seems average (roughly one teaspoon). If your sample size looks like less than 1/2 tablespoonful then call up our specialist for a detailed evaluation and treatment to increase sperm volume.

Why exercise regularly to increase sperm fast?

Exercise regularly to boost your testosterone levels and improve fertility. Studies show that men who exercise have higher testosterone levels, better semen quality than inactive men. However, you should avoid too much exercise as it may reduce your testosterone level instead of raising them if not done properly which can lead to decreased libido or erectile dysfunction in extreme cases for some guys! You need zinc to help offset the effects of excess working out – make becoming physically active one of your top priorities

How to increase sperm motility naturally

Getting a low sperm motility count is not the end of your dream to have a natural conception. In fact, most factors that negatively impact your sperm motility are entirely reversible and with simple lifestyle changes, you will see improvements in just 3 months time!  The above steps mentioned for sperm count are effective for sperm motility and sperm volume also.

Does ejaculating more increase sperm count?

Males go through a process to produce new sperm. The body does not regenerate these cells immediately because it takes time for semen production and the quality of each individual ejaculation cycle will vary, depending on factors like diet or stress levels. If males do not masturbate frequently enough their bodies may start producing more mature sperm that are less likely to fertilize an egg than younger ones who have been exposed to higher concentrations of female hormones in pre-ejaculate fluid.
Males can usually expect around 74 days between cycles but this varies from man-to-man so you should always consult your doctor before taking any major steps such as stopping ejaculations altogether if fertility is desired.

Does milk increase sperm count?

Drastic changes in diet can have drastic and sometimes unforeseen consequences, especially when it comes to sperm count. It turns out that your favourite dairy and milk products may be the worst choice for a healthy man’s sperms quality and sperm count. Full-fat milk is full of high levels of saturated fats which negatively impact sperm quality by reducing both motility (the ability of cells to move) and quantity or concentration over time. So what are we saying? Skimmed milk is better! If you want some variety with flavour then try almond or coconut varieties instead – these types also contain less fat but still provide all the same nutrients so there’s no need for concern on those fronts either way around!

Finally To Increase Sperm Count

Infertility is fairly common and affects many men worldwide.
If you’re having fertility issues, one thing you can do is focus on improving your general health. Many of the tips mentioned above are key components of a healthy lifestyle.
There’s no guaranteed fix, but if nutrient deficiencies or low testosterone levels are contributing factors, chances are that these lifestyle tips may help. Along with our speciality Homeopathy treatment these tips can surely help you increase sperm count fast.

Within 3 months, if there is no major change or lack of natural conception, you may need a tailor-made speciality Homeopathy treatment from Welling Fertility Clinics. Talk to our consultants online or visit a clinic near you. With our tried and tested homoeopathy medicines, we can help you increase sperm count fast and naturally.

-Search by cheap IVF centre in your city on google search engine.

Keep in mind that this cost includes all of the expenses associated with an IVF cycle, including medication and intrauterine insemination (IUI). Some clinics may have a higher price but include IUI or other services included as part of their total package, so it’s worth comparing to see what best suits your needs!

What To Look For When Searching Cheap IVF Centers?

-The clinic should be registered with your country-specific organizations which certify fertility centers.

Look for an IVF doctor with the highest qualifications and experience. If he has a good track record and google reviews.

-The doctor should have at least done 5000 cycles.

-It is important to ensure the clinic has a high success rate so that you know your chances of getting pregnant are good.

-You can search for cheap IVF centres by asking your friends and family if they know any clinics or researching on websites which ranks cheap IVF centre based on their success rates against other fertility centres in the city.

While looking for the cheapest IVF, look for hidden costs involved. Many times IVF centres don’t talk about hidden costs.

– Make sure the clinic is accredited, which means it meets international guidelines and regulations. Ask if they have any accreditation certificates in their waiting room or on their website.

Find out about the costs involved with each step of fertility treatments, especially at the cheap IVF centres because cheap doesn’t always mean better value for money.

– Make sure to get information from more than one source before deciding on cheap IVF centres and clinics as some may charge less but not be worth it when all things are considered. You want to find a centre where you can feel confident about conceiving.

Achieving Pregnancy and IVF

During in vitro fertilization, eggs are removed from mature follicles within an ovary (A). An egg is fertilized by injecting a single sperm into the egg or mixing the egg with sperm in a petri dish (B). The fertilized egg (embryo) is transferred into the uterus (C).

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a complex series of procedures used to help with fertility or prevent genetic problems and assist with the conception of a child. IVF is the most effective form of assisted reproductive technology. The procedure can be done using your own eggs and your partner’s sperm. Or may involve eggs, sperm, or embryos from a known or anonymous donor. In some cases, a gestational carrier a woman who has an embryo implanted in her uterus might be used.

Your chances of having a healthy baby using depend on many factors, such as your age and the cause of infertility. In addition, can be time-consuming, expensive, and invasive. If more than one embryo is transferred to your uterus, can result in a pregnancy with more than one fetus (multiple pregnancies).

Your doctor can help you understand how IVF works, the potential risks and whether this method of treating infertility is right for you.

What is a Low Cost IVF?

Firstly let us see whats is IVF? IVF helps people with infertility who want to have a baby. IVF is expensive and invasive, so couples often try other fertility treatments first. That is the reason, couples hunt for the cheapest IVF centre. They may also try fertility drugs or having intrauterine insemination before IVF. During that procedure, a doctor transfers sperm directly into a woman’s uterus.

Infertility issues for which IVF may be necessary include:

  • reduced fertility in women over the age of 40
  • blocked or damaged fallopian tubes
  • reduced ovarian function
  • endometriosis
  • uterine fibroids
  • male infertility, such as low sperm count or abnormalities in sperm shape
  • unexplained infertility

Parents may also choose IVF if they run the risk of passing a genetic disorder on to their offspring. A medical lab can test the embryos for genetic abnormalities. Then, a doctor only implants embryos without genetic defects.

At What Age Can I Do IVF?

Officially IVF specialists say, the ideal cut-off age for IVF is 46, but if the woman is extremely fit, then this age limit can be raised to 52-53 years. At Welling Homeopathy, we suggest women go for IVF or any artificial treatments only after the age of 45. We strongly believe under 45 age, you can conceive naturally with the right Homeopathy treatment.

IVF Success Rates

The success rate depends on a number of factors including reproductive history, maternal age, the cause of infertility, and lifestyle factors. It is also important to understand that pregnancy rates are not the same as live birth rates. In the United States, the live birth rate for each IVF cycle started is approximate:

  • 41-43% for women under age 35
  • 33-36% for women ages 35 to 37
  • 23-27% for women ages 38 to 40
  • 13-18% for women ages over 40

IVF Treatment Process

There are five basic steps in the IVF and embryo transfer process:

Fertility medications are prescribed to stimulate egg production. Multiple eggs are desired because some eggs will not develop or fertilize after retrieval. A transvaginal ultrasound is used to examine the ovaries, and blood test samples are taken to check hormone levels.

Step 2: Eggs are retrieved through a minor surgical procedure that uses ultrasound imaging to guide a hollow needle through the pelvic cavity to remove the eggs. Medication is provided to reduce and remove potential discomfort.

Step 3: The male is asked to produce a sample of sperm, which is prepared for combining with the eggs.

Step 4: In a process called insemination, the sperm and eggs are mixed together and stored in a laboratory dish to encourage fertilization. In some cases where there is a lower probability of fertilization, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) may be used. Through this procedure, a single sperm is injected directly into the egg in an attempt to achieve fertilization. The eggs are monitored to confirm that fertilization and cell division are taking place. Once this occurs, the fertilized eggs are considered embryos.

Step 5: The embryos are usually transferred into the woman’s uterus three to five days following egg retrieval and fertilization. A catheter or small tube is inserted into the uterus to transfer the embryos. This procedure is painless for most women, although some may experience mild cramping . If the procedure is successful, implantation typically occurs around six to ten days following egg retrieval.

What is involved in IVF?

Typically, transvaginal ultrasound aspiration is used to retrieve eggs. During this procedure, an ultrasound probe is inserted into your vagina to identify follicles, and a needle is guided through the vagina and into the follicles. The eggs are removed from the follicles through the needle, which is connected to a suction device.

In intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), a single healthy sperm is injected directly into each mature egg.

It is often used when semen quality or number is a problem or if fertilization attempts during prior in vitro fertilization cycles failed.

Three days after fertilization, a normally developing embryo will contain about six to 10 cells. By the fifth or sixth day, the fertilized egg is known as a blastocyst a rapidly dividing ball of cells. The inner group of cells will become the embryo. The outer group will become the cells that nourish and protect it.

involves several steps ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, sperm retrieval, fertilization and embryo transfer. One cycle of can take about two to three weeks, and more than one cycle may be required.

How Much Does IVF treatment cost?

IVF tends to be pretty expensive. The fees for 1 cycle of IVF in India include medicines, procedures, anaesthesia, ultrasounds, blood tests, lab work, and embryo storage can go up to Indian Rupees 3 lakh irrespective of what your doctor says in the first meeting. Many hidden costs can be exposed only when you start the treatment. [ More Info on Hidden Cost of IVF ]

At the cheapest IVF centre, the cost of a single IVF cycle can vary, but it will be at least Indian Rupees 2 lakh.  On the contrary, at Welling Homeopathy, all-natural Homeopathy Assisted Reproduction Therapy ( HART ) can cost not more than Rs.35000 for one cycle, that lasts for 6 months.

Are There Any Risks At the Cheapest IVF Centres?

As with most medical procedures, there are potential risks. More severe symptoms include the following:

  • Nausea vomiting
  • Decreased urinary frequency
  • Shortness of breath
  • Faintness
  • Severe stomach pains and bloating
  • Ten-pound weight gain within three to five days
  • If you experience any of these symptoms above, contact your doctor right away. Additional risks of IVF include the following:

Egg retrieval carries risks of bleeding, infection, and damage to the bowel or bladder.

The chance of a multiples pregnancy is increased with the use of fertility treatment. There are additional risks and concerns related to multiples during pregnancy including the increased risk of premature delivery and low birth weight.

Though the rates of miscarriage are similar to unassisted conception, the risk does increase with maternal age.

The Mayo Clinic reports that the risk of ectopic pregnancy with IVF is 2-5%. An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg implants anywhere outside the uterus and is not viable.

IVF is expensive, and many insurance plans do not provide coverage for fertility treatment. The cost for a single IVF cycle can range from at least $12,000-$17,000.

Miscarriage rate

According to a study done by the Mayo Clinic miscarriage rates for IVF are somewhere between 15 and 25%.

Why Homeopathy Is The Best Treatment For Azoospermia?

Tired of Treatments That Didn't Work? Change to Experts For Complete Recovery

Azoospermia is the medical term used when there are no sperm in your ejaculate. It can be either obstructive, where a blockage prevents it from entering; or non-obstructive due to decreased production by testis (in most cases).

The best treatment to cure azoospermia is proven Homeopathy treatment from Welling Clinics. The treatment has helped over 2500 men from 108 countries to natural father a child.

Treatment for Azoospermia is possible through Homeopathy treatment if it’s non-obstructive azoospermia. Get pregnant naturally

Does having azoospermia mean that the testis makes no sperm?

Not always. While the testis can be making sperm, it might not produce enough for you to see in your ejaculate.

Can I still get my partner pregnant if I have a zero sperm count?

Yes, you can. When you’re diagnosed with azoospermia, the first step is to see your fertility specialist. They’ll help you understand why this happened and what treatment options may work best for getting all-clear again in time! A male fertility specialist will advise you on the cause of your azoospermia and what treatment options are available to help you conceive.

It is important NOT to give up until you are certain that a fully trained male fertility specialist feels that NO sperm is present. Even when no sperm is found in the ejaculate, about 50% of the time there is sperm in the testicles that can be retrieved and used for IVF. At Welling Clinic, we have helped men to increase their sperm count naturally, even in zero sperm count.

Are there different types of azoospermia?

There are two main types of azoospermia:

Obstructive azoospermia: This type of azoospermia means that there is a blockage or missing connection in the epididymis, vas deferens, or elsewhere along your reproductive tract. You might be producing sperm but it’s getting blocked from the exit so there is no measurable amount of semen.

Nonobstructive azoospermia: This type of azoospermia means you have poor or no sperm production due to defects in the structure or function of the testicles or other causes.

Should azoospermic men undergo a diagnostic testis biopsy?

Homeopathy treatment for azoospermia

In the past, almost all men with azoospermia underwent a biopsy to distinguish obstructive from non-obstructive causes and to try to get an even more specific diagnosis. However, in modern practice, a biopsy is rarely performed alone. In most cases, we can predict with high accuracy whether or not a man has an obstructive cause of azoospermia.

Since we have started performing testicular dissections to search for sperm, we have learned that different areas of the testis might show different patterns of nonobstructive azoospermia. For example, one area might show decreased production of mature sperm (hypo spermatogenesis or maturation arrest), while another area might show the complete absence of sperm precursor cells (Sertoli-cell-only syndrome).

Thus, in the modern era, doing a diagnostic biopsy does not often change the ultimate management for men with nonobstructive azoospermia. For those men, we offer microdissection testicular sperm extraction (microTESE), which gives the best chance of finding sperm that can be used for assisted reproductive techniques (ART).

Sometimes, at the time of the micro test, we will send a tiny specimen for pathological evaluation to rule out a precursor to malignancy called intratubular germ cell neoplasia (ITGCN).

How is azoospermia diagnosed?

Azoospermia is a condition in which there is no sperm. It can be diagnosed when two separate occasions show that your sample has none. It’s examined under high-powered microscopes following centrifugal spins to get rid of any excess fluid or cells from the reproductive system as much as possible before testing for this problem with an analysis tool such as: microscope slide samples stained according to microscopic standards set by own laboratory’s techniques; thin layer chromatography systems used widely across the industry today employing standard reference materials provided free annually through collaborating manufacturers’ Basic Science Support Program

As part of the diagnosis, your specialist will take your medical history, including asking you about the following:

  • Fertility success or failure in the past (your ability to have children).
  • Childhood illnesses.
  • Injuries or surgeries in the pelvic area (these could cause duct blockage or poor blood supply to the testicles).
  • Urinary or reproductive tract infections.
  • Your current and past medications.
  • Any abuse of alcohol, marijuana or other drugs.
  • fevers or exposure to heat, including frequent saunas or steam baths (heat kills sperm cells).
  • Family history of birth defects, mental retardation, reproductive failure or cystic fibrosis.
  • Your healthcare provider will also conduct a physical examination, and will check:
  • Your entire body in terms of signs of/lack of maturation of your body and reproductive organs.
  • Your penis and scrotum, checking for the presence of your vas deferens, tenderness or swelling of your epididymis, size of the testicles, the presence or absence of a varicocele, and any blockage of the ejaculatory duct (via exam through the rectum) as evidenced by enlarged seminal vesicles.
  • Your healthcare provider may also order the following tests:
  • Measurement of testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels.
  • Genetic testing.
  • X-rays or ultrasound of the reproductive organs to see if there are any problems with the shape and size, and to see if there are tumors, blockages or an inadequate blood supply.
  • Imaging of the brain to identify disorders of the hypothalamus or pituitary gland.
  • Biopsy (tissue sampling) of the testes. A normal biopsy would mean a blockage is probable at some point in the sperm transport system. Sometimes, any sperm found in the testes is frozen for future analysis or can be used in assisted pregnancy.

Symptoms of azoospermia

Azoospermia itself a lack of sperm in the semen doesn’t have any specific symptoms.

Couples trying to conceive will experience infertility if the male partner has a zero sperm count. A couple is said to be dealing with infertility if they don’t get pregnant after one year of unprotected intercourse. Infertility is frequently the only sign that something is wrong.

With that said, some causes of azoospermia can lead to noticeable signs and symptoms.

Signs or symptoms that may indicate you’re at risk for azoospermia include:

  • Low ejaculate volume or “dry” orgasm (no or little semen)
  • Cloudy urine after sex
  • Painful urination
  • Pelvic pain
  • Swollen testicles
  • Small or undescended testicles
  • Smaller than normal penis
  • Delayed or abnormal puberty
  • Difficulty with erections or ejaculation
  • Low sex drive
  • Reduced male hair growth
  • Enlarged breasts
  • Muscle loss

It is possible to have none of these symptoms, however, and still have azoospermia.

Obstructive Azoospermia Treatments

Vasectomy Reversal: Most men who’ve had a vasectomy in the past can still conceive by having a vasectomy reversal (vasovasostomy or vasoepididymostomy).

Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction (microTESE ): TESE is a procedure in which testicular tissue with sperm is extracted either with a small incision or a needle. The sperm that is removed can be used for in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Transurethral Resection of the Ejaculatory Ducts (TURED): Men who have ejaculatory duct obstruction can have a TURED, a small surgical procedure performed with a camera to remove this blockage and help sperm flow to the natural channels.

Circumcision: Men who have a narrow foreskin (phimosis) that prevents the ejaculate from coming out of the penis can have circumcision to remove the foreskin.

Surgical Correction for Scarring: Some men have scarring from sexually transmitted infections (STIs) that can cause sperm to get blocked inside the ducts. We can often treat scarring endoscopically. Your doctor will insert a scope through your urethra in the operating room while you are under general anaesthesia and use an electrified loop to open up the blockage.

Non-Obstructive Azoospermia Treatments

Regardless of what’s causing your non-obstructive azoospermia, we approach treatment the same way. We start with a semen analysis and male endocrine profile (blood work). Then we use one or more of the following treatments:

Drugs/Medications: If you have low bioavailable testosterone,* we usually start you on clomiphene citrate or Clomid. You remain on this drug for four months, and we repeat another semen analysis.

One in nine men will have their sperm return to the ejaculate after taking medication to return their testosterone to the normal range. Some men’s sperm don’t return to their ejaculate after taking medication.

However, taking medication to normalize testosterone doubles the chances of finding sperm during a surgical sperm extraction procedure called microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (microTESE).

Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction (microTESE) : We recommend microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (microTESE) for men who have adequate testosterone* during diagnostic testing. We also recommend microTESE for men who’ve taken medications to correct their testosterone for at least four months but still aren’t releasing any sperm during ejaculation.

During microTESE procedures, doctors can find sperm approximately 50–65 percent of the time.

What is female infertility?

What is female infertility?Infertility is a disease in which the ability to get pregnant and give birth to a child is impaired or limited in some way. For heterosexual couples (man and woman), this is usually diagnosed after one year of trying to get pregnant (but maybe diagnosed sooner depending on other factors). For heterosexual couples, one-third of the causes of infertility are due to a male problem, one-third are due to female problems, and one-third are due to combination or unknown reasons. When the cause of the infertility is found to come from the female partner, it’s considered female infertility or “female factor” infertility.

Source: my.clevelandclinic.org

What causes female infertility?

There are many possible causes of infertility. However, it can be difficult to pinpoint the exact cause, and some couples have “unexplained” infertility or “multifactorial” infertility (multiple causes, often both male and female factors). Some possible causes of female factor infertility can include:

Problems with the uterus: This includes polyps fibroids, septum, or adhesions inside the cavity of the uterus. Polyps and fibroids can form on their own at any time, whereas other abnormalities (like a septum) are present at birth. Adhesions can form after a surgery like dilation and curettage (D&C) Problems with the fallopian tubes: The most common cause of “tubal factor” infertility is a pelvic inflammatory disease, usually caused by chlamydia-gonorrhea Problems with ovulation: There are many reasons why a woman may not ovulate (release an egg) regularly. Hormonal imbalances, a past eating disorder, substance abuse, thyroid conditions, severe stress, and pituitary tumors are all examples of things that can affect ovulation.

Problems with egg number and quality: Women are born with all the eggs they will ever have, and this supply can “run out” early before menopause. In addition, some eggs will have the wrong number of chromosomes and cannot fertilize or grow into a healthy fetus. Some of these chromosomal issues (such as “balanced translocation”) may affect all of the eggs. Others are random but become more common as a woman gets older.

What Causes Female Infertility?

There are a number of things that may be keeping you from getting pregnant:

Damage to your fallopian tubes. These structures carry eggs from your ovaries, which produce eggs, to the uterus, where the baby develops. They can get damaged when scars form after pelvic infections, endometriosis, and pelvic surgery. That can prevent sperm from reaching an egg in the tube. The egg and sperm meet in the tube. This is where the egg is fertilized and then moves down to the uterus to implant..

Hormonal problems. You may not be getting pregnant because your body isn’t going through the usual hormone changes that lead to the release of an egg from the ovary and the thickening of the lining of the uterus.

Cervical issues. Some women have a condition that prevents sperm from passing through the cervical canal.

Uterine trouble. You may have polyps and fibroids that interfere with getting pregnant.

Uterine polyps occur when too many cells grow in the endometrium, the lining of the uterus.

Fibroids grow in the wall of the uterus. Other abnormalities of the uterus can also interfere, infertility. For about 20% of couples who have infertility problems, the exact causes are never pinpointed.

What causes female infertility?

The most common causes of female infertility include problems with ovulation, damage to fallopian tubes or uterus, or problems with the cervix. Age can contribute to infertility because as a woman ages, her fertility naturally tends to decrease.

Ovulation problems may be caused by one or more of the following:

hormone imbalance

A tumor or cyst

Eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia Alcohol drug use

Thyroid gland problems

Excess weight Stress exercise

that causes a significant loss of body fat menstrual cycles Damage to the fallopian tubes or uterus can be caused by one or more of the following:

A previous infection

Polyps in the uterus Endometriosis fibroids

Scar tissue or adhesions

Chronic medical illness ectopic (tubal) pregnancy birth defect

DES syndrome (The medication DES, given to women to prevent miscarriage or premature birth can result in fertility problems for their children.) cervical mucus can also cause female infertility. Abnormal cervical mucus can prevent the sperm from reaching the egg or make it more difficult for the sperm to penetrate the egg.

Source: americanpregnancy.org

How is female infertility diagnosed?

Potential female infertility is assessed as part of a thorough physical exam. The exam will include a medical history regarding potential factors that could contribute to infertility.

Healthcare providers may use one or more of the following tests/exams to evaluate fertility:

urine blood test to check for infections or a hormone problem, including thyroid function

Pelvic exam and breast exam

A sample of cervical mucus and tissue to determine if ovulation is occurring

Laparoscope inserted into the abdomen to view the condition of organs and to look for blockage, adhesions or scar tissue.

HSG, which is an x-ray used in conjunction with a colored liquid inserted into the fallopian tubes making it easier for the technician to check for blockage.

Hysteroscopy uses a tiny telescope with a fiber light to look for uterine abnormalities.

Ultrasound to look at the uterus and ovaries. May be done vaginally or abdominally.

Sonohystogram combines ultrasound and saline injected into the uterus to look for abnormalities or problems.

Tracking your ovulation through fertility awareness will also help your healthcare provider assess your fertility status.

Can infertility in women be prevented?

There is usually nothing that can be done to prevent female infertility caused by genetic problems or illness.

However, there are several things that women can do to decrease the possibility of infertility:

Avoid illicit drugs

Avoid heavy or frequent alcohol use

Adopt good personal hygiene and health practices

Have annual check-ups with your GYN once you are sexually active

What causes infertility in men?

Infertility in men is most often caused by:

A problem called varicocele (VAIR-ih-koh-seel). This happens when the veins on a man’s testicle(s) are too large. This heats the testicles. The heat can affect the number or shape of the sperm.

Other factors that cause a man to make too few sperm or none at all.

Movement of the sperm. This may be caused by the shape of the sperm. Sometimes injuries or other damage to the reproductive system block the sperm.

Sometimes a man is born with the problems that affect his sperm. Other times problems start later in life due to illness or injury. For example, cystic fibrosis often causes infertility in men.

What causes infertility in women?

Most cases of female infertility are caused by problems with ovulation. Without ovulation, there are no eggs to be fertilized. Some signs that a woman is not ovulating normally include irregular or absent menstrual periods.

Ovulation problems are often caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is a hormone imbalance problem which can interfere with normal ovulation. PCOS is the most common cause of female infertility. Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) is another cause of ovulation problems. POI occurs when a woman’s ovaries stop working normally before she is 40. POI is not the same as early menopause.

Less common causes of fertility problems in women include:

Physical problems with the uterus Uterine fibroids

, which are non-cancerous clumps of tissue and muscle on the walls of the uterus.

What things increase a woman’s risk of infertility?

Many things can change a woman’s ability to have a baby. These include:

Age

Smoking

Excess alcohol use

Stress

Poor diet

Athletic training

Being overweight or underweight

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)

How will doctors find out if a woman and her partner have fertility problems?

Doctors will do an infertility checkup. This involves a physical exam. The doctor will also ask for both partners’ health and sexual histories. Sometimes this can find the problem. However, most of the time, the doctor will need to do more tests.

In men, doctors usually begin by testing the semen. They look at the number, shape, and movement of the sperm. Sometimes doctors also suggest testing the level of a man’s hormones.

In women, the first step is to find out if she is ovulating each month. There are a few ways to do this. A woman can track her ovulation at home by:

Writing down changes in her morning body temperature for several months

Writing down how her cervical mucus looks for several months

Using a home ovulation test kit (available at drug or grocery stores)

Doctors can also check ovulation with blood tests. Or they can do an ultrasound of the ovaries. If ovulation is normal, there are other fertility tests available.

Some common tests of fertility in women include:

Hysterosalpingography (HIS-tur-oh-sal-ping-GOGH-ru-fee): This is an x-ray of the uterus and fallopian tubes. Doctors inject a special dye into the uterus through the vagina. This dye shows up in the x-ray. Doctors can then watch to see if the dye moves freely through the uterus and fallopian tubes. This can help them find physical blocks that may be causing infertility. Blocks in the system can keep the egg from moving from the fallopian tube to the uterus. A block could also keep the sperm from reaching the egg.

Laparoscopy (lap-uh-ROS-kuh-pee): A minor surgery to see inside the abdomen. The doctor does this with a small tool with a light called a laparoscope (LAP-uh-roh-skohp). She or he makes a small cut in the lower abdomen and inserts the laparoscope. With the laparoscope, the doctor can check the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and uterus for disease and physical problems. Doctors can usually find scarring and endometriosis Finding the cause of infertility can be a long and emotional process. It may take time to complete all the needed tests. So don’t worry if the problem is not found right away.

What causes female infertility?

About 25% of women with infertility have infrequent or absent ovulation. These women usually have irregular periods or no periods at all. Ovulation can be disrupted by changes in the way certain hormones are released from the hypothalamus (a part of your brain, releasing gonadotropin-releasing hormone [GnRH]) and the pituitary gland (a gland near the base of your brain, releasing luteinizing hormone [LH]). LH and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) signal an egg to develop and be released from the ovary.

Problems that interfere with normal LH and FSH release include:

exercising too much extreme stress

Other hormonal conditions that interfere with ovulation or affect fertility are:

polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) an overactive underactive diabetes

early menopause Cushing’s syndrome

(a disorder that causes very high levels of cortisol, sometimes called “the stress hormone”) A woman’s ability to get pregnant can also be affected by her age, since the number and quality of her eggs gradually decrease beginning around age 35. Other factors include:

sexually transmitted diseases, like chlamydia and gonorrhea, that can cause tubal blockages

excessive caffeine, any smoking or alcohol, or recreational drugs like cocaine and marijuana

certain medications like antidepressants, tranquilizers, calcium channel blockers, narcotics, and anti-cancer drugs

chronic medical conditions like kidney disease, liver disease, sickle cell disease, HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis B or C

What is intrauterine insemination (IUI)?

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is an infertility treatment that is often called artificial insemination. In this procedure, the woman is injected with specially prepared sperm. Sometimes the woman is also treated with medicines that stimulate ovulation before IUI.

IUI is often used to treat:

Mild male factor infertility

Women who have problems with their cervical mucus

Couples with unexplained infertility

Source: womenshealth.gov

What is assisted reproductive technology (ART)?

Assisted reproductive technology (ART) is a group of different methods used to help infertile couples. ART works by removing eggs from a woman’s body. The eggs are then mixed with sperm to make embryos. The embryos are then put back in the woman’s body.

Which Are Best Fertility Foods When Trying To Get Pregnant?

Tired of Treatments That Didn't Work? Change to Experts For Complete Recovery

Best fertility foods when you are trying to get pregnant depends on your routine and metabolism. Foods that you eat everyday leave a strong impression on your body processes. And when you are trying to get pregnant, food habits are the most important things you can care for, as getting pregnant involves multiple body hormones and processes to work in proper way.

These are the exact food recommendations we make in our natural infertility treatment process that we follow at Welling Homeopathy Clinics to help couples get pregnant naturally.

While there is no specific food or fertility diet that will magically boost your chances of conception, a nutritious and well-balanced diet can certainly help support overall health, including reproductive health, in both men and women.

When you’re eating for a healthy pregnancy, foods that can help lower stress hormones and increase blood flow to the uterus is the main goal. From salmon and walnuts, which have been shown to reduce surges of stress hormones, to beetroots, which are rich in resveratrol and nitrates and are known to improve blood flow to the uterus to help with embryo implantation.

Here are natural ways to boost fertility and get pregnant faster.

Sunflower seeds to get pregnant

Roasted, unsalted sunflower seed kernels are rich in vitamin E, an essential nutrient is shown to boost sperm count and sperm motility in some people. In addition, sunflower seeds are jam-packed with folate and selenium, which are important for both male and female fertility. Sunflower seeds are also a good source of omega-6 fatty acids and contain small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids.

Read Here – How To Increase Sperm Count Fast Without Medicines?

Dark leafy greens to get pregnant

We should all be having dark green vegetables daily, but they’re especially important when you’re trying to get pregnant. Kale, spinach, and methi contain essential prenatal nutrients like calcium, iron, and folate (which also helps protect against birth defects), not to mention tons of vital daily dietary fiber.

There are endless ways to include your greens into your fertility diet. From eating them raw in salads, sautéed, blanched, and steamed. Kale can also be roasted to make kale chips, while spinach can be added to smoothies since it has a very mild flavor.

Citrus fruits to get pregnant

Citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruits some of the best sources for vitamin C. Grapefruits and oranges contain the polyamine putrescine, which some animal research has associated with the potential to improve egg and semen health.

Beets root to get pregnant

Beets and their greens are an underestimated vegetable if I ever saw one. Beetroots are known to improve blood flow to the uterus to help with embryo implantation. Eating a diet rich in beets during IVF treatment is especially helpful. That’s why they should definitely be added to your fertility foods list, even if you’re not going through IVF.

Sweet potatoes to get pregnant

Sweet potatoes are “rich in beta-carotene, which is known to help boost the production of the hormone progesterone.

Cut the sweet potato into quarter-inch rounds, toss with salt and olive oil, and roast for 20 minutes. Then top it with almond butter.

A2 Milk to get pregnant

A2 milk is a great choice for fertility and pregnancy for those who can tolerate it. Dairy is rich in saturated fat, which is especially beneficial for fertility. It’s also a good source of the fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamins A, E, D, K, and K2.

A Harvard study found that women who ate full-fat dairy products were less likely to experience ovulation problems compared to women who ate primarily low-fat dairy products.

Beans and Lentils to get pregnant

Beans and lentils are an excellent source of fiber and folate, both of which are crucial to maintaining a healthy hormonal balance. Lentils also contain high levels of the polyamine spermidine, which may help sperm fertilize the egg.

Lentils and beans are also high in protein, which can help promote healthier ovulation. Studies show that when 5% of calories eaten come from vegetable protein rather than animal protein—in particular chicken and red meats—the risk of infertility due to anovulation falls by over 50%.

Walnut to get pregnant

If you want to have a fertility-friendly snack, look no further than walnuts. Walnuts are rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. This is part of what led researchers to consider whether they might support fertility.

In a small study, 117 men were split into two groups: one would avoid eating tree nuts and another would eat 75 grams of walnuts every day.10 Before the experiment began and again 12 weeks later, the men provided a semen sample.

After 12 weeks, the group who ate walnuts saw an improvement in sperm vitality, movement, and shape. They also saw fewer chromosomal abnormalities in their sperm samples after eating the walnuts. The control group experienced no changes.

Pomegranates to get pregnant

Antioxidant-rich pomegranates are also rich in many nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, and several other vitamins and minerals that aid infertility.

It’s really easy to enjoy them too. Simply sprinkle them onto your oatmeal or yogurt in the morning, or enjoy them plain. You can also enjoy them on top of salad.

These are the exact food recommendations we make in our natural infertility treatment process that we follow at Welling Homeopathy Clinics. Along with some Homeopathy medicines to stimulate the reproduction organs and basic yoga to manage blood flow to specific organs, these food items can help you get pregnant naturally and quickly.

IVF success rates depend on various factors, both in men, women and many times it’s just unexplained. A couple gets confused understanding, why the IVF success rate is so low. Moreover, their doctors usually don’t explain or talk to the couples regarding the IVF success rate or why the IVF failed. Many couples who visit our Homeopathy clinics for Homeopathic alternatives for IVF, ask our specialist why their IVF failed? We have limited information regarding their failed IVF as rarely any IVF doctor gives all steps taken for the IVF. So we explain common reasons for the low IVF success rate.

Why Are IVF Success Rates So Low?

IVF Success RatesUnfortunately, IVF treatment does not always work successfully. Younger women have a higher chance of IVF success, with the success rate for women under 35 at 40%. No doubt IVF specialists often advise being ready for a minimum of 3 IVF cycles before a positive pregnancy report can come. So are you ready to invest for 3 IVF cycles when even that may not be sure or opt to get pregnant naturally with Homeopathy Assisted Reproduction Therapy, a specially formulated treatment at Welling Clinics to cure your root cause of infertility, in men or women or both? Where more than 12000 couples have been benefitted from our advice as of 2020.

Age has been shown to be the only robust factor in predicting the success of IVF treatment. The likelihood of becoming pregnant declines as couples age, but the average age of women seeking fertility treatment has steadily increased over the last 20 years, reflecting the trend for couples to start families later on.

When an IVF cycle fails, many people feel grief, anger, and frustration. It’s extremely normal to feel these emotions, but you should not blame yourself or your partner. IVF can fail for many reasons.

The following factors are considered when calculating your odds:

  • Age
  • Height and weight
  • Number of previous full-term births
  • Total number of pregnancies (including pregnancy losses)
  • Whether you plan to use your own eggs or donor eggs
  • Your cause for infertility (if known)

Here are some common reasons why an IVF cycle fails.

Embryo Quality

The major reason why an IVF cycle is not successful is embryo quality. Many embryos are not able to implant after transfer to the uterus because they are flawed in some way. Even embryos that look good in the lab may have defects that cause them to die instead of growing. In nearly all cases, it’s not that your uterus has something wrong with it so you can’t carry a baby. The embryo doesn’t implant because it is not healthy enough to grow.

The Age of the Eggs

Whilst the age of the woman undergoing IVF plays a huge part, the age of the eggs is more important. As a woman grows older, the quality and quantity of a woman’s eggs begin to worsen. This will greatly affect her chances of pregnancy with and without IVF. On average, around 25% of embryos used in IVF will result in a live birth. At Nurture Fertility, our success rates are 39% for women under 38 and 17% for those over.

Older women are more likely to have a greater chance of IVF success when using donor eggs.

Ovarian Response

Sometimes a woman’s ovaries don’t respond to the harmful hormonal fertility medications enough to produce multiple eggs. Especially if a woman is over 37 or has higher FSH levels she may not produce enough eggs to result in a number of embryos for screening and potential implantation. Chances are higher that IVF will fail when this happens. Your reproductive endocrinologist will evaluate what happened and may make changes to your fertility medications for the next IVF cycle.

Chromosomal Issues

One of the major factors in IVF failure is chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo. This is true for all human embryos, whether naturally conceived or developed in the embryology lab. These abnormalities are the reason behind most miscarriages as well as failure to implant in an IVF cycle. Studies have shown that starting in their 30s, as women age, the incidence of choromosomal abnormalities in their eggs begins to increase. By the mid-40s as much as 75 percent of a woman’s eggs have chromosomal abnormalities. A man’s sperm develops more chromosomal abnormalities as he ages as well, but at a much lower rate than a woman’s eggs. It’s unfair, ladies, but it’s true.

Lifestyle

You will probably be asked to quit smoking up to three months before the start of your IVF treatment. Smokers often need up to twice as many IVF cycles to conceive and are more likely to experience a miscarriage. If you are overweight or underweight, you should try and reach a healthy weight to increase the chances of a successful IVF treatment.

If you have previously undergone IVF treatment and have failed without knowing the reason, we may be able to help you get pregnant naturally. Meet our specialist today or consult us online for a detailed assessment. Get started with all-natural Homeopathy Assisted Reproduction Therapy ( HART ) from Welling Clinic and get freedom from searching for an IVF success rate.

Still, Looking for IVF Clinic for Low AMH?

Choose our proven “Homeopathy Assisted Reproduction Therapy” ( HART ) to get pregnant fast with low AMH.

What is AMH?

AMH or anti-mullerian hormone is a laboratory test that OBGYN and fertility doctors may use to assess a woman’s ovarian reserve or egg count.

This is also known as ” ovarian reserve.” It does not tell us anything about the quality of your eggs. The AMH is a relatively novel marker of measuring ovarian reserve, introduced into clinical practice somewhere around 2005.

Low AMH levels can be an important indicator of diminished ovarian reserve. However, many centers don’t use age-specific hormone levels during fertility workups which might lead to some younger women with premature loss of ovarian aging going untreated for longer periods than necessary due to a universal cut off point that’s used in the diagnosis process.

Most fertility centers do not use age-specific hormone levels to test ovarian reserve. This can lead to critical delays in treatment for some women with premature loss of ovary reserves, or POA.
Homeopathy Medicine of Low AMH

AMH levels decline as you get older, but this is simply because all your eggs were created when you were born. If you are younger and have good habits (don’t smoke or eat poorly) then it’s possible to maintain AMH levels that will help with fertility problems later on in life.
-Drinking alcohol can lead to a decrease of up to 40% in the number of egg cells present after just one year for women who drink more than 20g per day,

-Smoking cigarettes reduces overall ovarian function by 10%-25%; smokers also tend not show ovulation signs like increased estrogen production during their menstrual cycle until they quit smoking; -Substances such as addiction to caffeine, hot tea drinking could be linked to low AMH in few women.

What Are Low AMH Symptoms?

Many women never have any obvious symptoms of low AMH, but some notice a reduction or absence of their periods. The best way to assess your levels is by getting an AMH blood test done.

As there are no low ovarian reserve symptoms, the best way to find out if your levels are low or normal for any reason can be done by taking an AMH blood test with your doctor and/or OBGYN to check serum AMH levels.

Is there a specific range for “low AMH”?

Yes, there is a range for “low AMH,” but it can vary based on the laboratory that performs the test. Generally, an AMH level of less than 1 ng/mL is considered low, but this may also depend on factors such as the woman’s age and menstrual cycle day.

Can AMH Levels Fluctuate?

Yes, AMH levels fluctuate. It may be disheartening to hear that you have low AMH levels but many women get pregnant naturally despite this; the hormone test doesn’t tell the whole story because of its fluctuations in monthly cycles.

Some months you’ll see higher maturing eggs – and others lower maturing eggs due to these variations which are normal for your body’s changing hormonal balance each month- so take them with a grain of salt!

Can lifestyle changes help improve low AMH levels?

There is no evidence to suggest that lifestyle changes can significantly improve low AMH levels. However, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding smoking, and reducing stress may promote overall reproductive health and improve the chances of conceiving.

How can low AMH affect fertility treatment success?

Low AMH can affect fertility treatment success by indicating a reduced ovarian reserve and potential for producing viable eggs. Women with low AMH levels may have fewer eggs retrieved during fertility treatments, and the quality of these eggs may be lower, which can impact the success rates of fertility treatments.

How is low AMH diagnosed?

Low AMH can be diagnosed through a blood test that measures the level of AMH in the bloodstream. The test is usually done on the third day of the menstrual cycle, and the results can provide information about a woman’s ovarian reserve and fertility potential.

Does low AMH mean infertility?

Low AMH does not necessarily mean infertility, but it may indicate a reduced fertility potential. Women with low AMH levels may have a harder time conceiving naturally and may require fertility treatments to achieve pregnancy.

How Diminished Ovarian Reserve Affects Your Fertility?

Low AMH means that you have a low ovarian reserve, but it doesn’t mean that you are not able to conceive naturally.

But age-specific baselines for AMH and FSH levels more accurately assess a woman’s ovarian reserve status.

High FSH and its relationship with ovarian reserve Low AMH results generally coincide with high FSH results, and both of these together is an indicator of low ovarian reserve.

Therefore, by reading the levels of an AMH blood test a fertility doctor can determine the size of the remaining egg supply – or “ovarian reserve.” With increasing female age, the size of their pool of remaining microscopic follicles decreases.

Remember AMH tells you what your ovarian reserve is now.

They can’t predict how quickly your ovarian reserve will decline in the future and they can’t predict if you will be able to get pregnant spontaneously on your own.

While your AMH level isn’t a crystal ball into your fertility future meaning it is not a predictor of your ability to conceive today or at a certain time in the future it does give you more info about your reproductive health: an understanding of your ovarian reserve, egg freezing or IVF outcomes, menopause timing, and conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and premature ovarian insufficiency (POI).

We strongly encourage women who are thus diagnosed with low anti-Mullerian hormone not to delay fertility treatment because this hormone and ovarian reserve continue to decline with age.

Homeopathy Treatment of Low AMH

IVF Treatment of Low AMH

The probability of success with an in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle largely depends on a woman’s ovarian reserve and her ability to produce a large number of high-quality eggs in a cycle.

For some women with an extremely low ovarian reserve , if several rounds of IVF have not been successful, time constraints make egg donation the preferred route to a successful pregnancy. Unfortunately, a number of supplements, like DHEA, have been touted as a possible way to boost ovarian reserve, but there’s no reliable science to back up those claims.

As you get older, your ovarian reserve and your AMH levels naturally decline.Women with chronic illnesses like endometriosis may have lower ovarian reserve. When ovarian reserve is low there will not be many follicles recruited, and the levels of oestrogen released will be low.

This is why women with a diminished ovarian reserve will have high FSH levels when this is tested on day 3 of the cycle. However, due to the fact that levels can vary from month to month, we now prefer to test AMH results for a more accurate insight into ovarian reserve.

How Low Is Too Low AMH?

An AMH test is the best biochemical marker of a woman’s ovarian reserve.

AMH levels  under 0.5 ng/mL are considered very low, suggesting a diminished or poor ovarian reserve that could mean pregnancy is less likely to happen.

How To Get Pregnant With AMH 0.1 ?

Fertility centers are being criticized for not offering fertility treatment with the patients’ own eggs to women whose AMH falls below universal cut-off levels or whose FSH is above those limits. This approach helps them keep their published IVF success rates high, but leaves women who have low anti-Mullerian hormone and/or high follicle-stimulating hormones feeling abandoned.

Many women are cheated of the opportunity to have IVF treatment with their own eggs. These people needlessly suffer through months and years without ever having the chance to experience healthy pregnancy as others do not even know it exists in terms of fertility treatments when it does actually exist!

Many couples didn’t even know that they can have a healthy baby naturally, even with very low AMH of 0.1 with our custom-made Homeopathy treatment

How to Increase AMH Levels Naturally?

Those with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) often have raised levels of AMH so an AMH test may be less accurate in predicting ovarian reserve in those with PCOS.

The good news is that although low AMH means that you have a low ovarian reserve, it doesn’t mean that you will not be able to conceive naturally. It is completely possible to get pregnant with your own eggs or donor eggs with low AMH. After all, it just takes one healthy egg.

Your AMH level won’t tell the whole of your fertility story — there are other ways to boost your fertility. If you are struggling you may be advised to try IVF, but it all depends on your personal situation. Getting pregnant naturally may be less likely if the levels fall below low, but you will be able to discuss all the options with your doctor.

How To Get Pregnant With PCOS?

Tired of Treatments That Didn't Work? Change to Experts For Complete Recovery

To get pregnant with PCOS, with all-natural steps, including Homeopathic medicines, nutritional advice and some basic yoga postures you need to visit a Welling Homeopathy Clinic early-on.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a health problem that affects 1 in 10 women of childbearing age.

What is polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)?

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), also known as a polycystic ovarian syndrome, is a common health problem caused by an imbalance of reproductive hormones.

More specifically, the hormonal imbalance interferes with the follicles’ ability to release eggs, which instead remain in the ovaries as cysts thus the name poly (meaning many)-cystic ovary syndrome.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) can affect the body mass index and insulin resistance and also stimulate the obesity-associated gene (FTO) variants.

Lifestyle modification intervention among infertile overweight and obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome.

Polycystic ovary syndrome, or PCOS, is a hormonal condition that tampers with more than just your fertility, but you might first receive a diagnosis when you’re trying to get pregnant.

Ovulation may not happen regularly each month for people with PCOS, making it a common reason for infertility It’s common for people diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to worry about their ability to become pregnant, even if they don’t want to be pregnant any time soon.

Metformin improves pregnancy and live-birth rates in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): A multi-center, double-blind, placebo-controlled randomized trial. (nichd.nih.gov).

There is also epithelial ovarian cancer risk among women with polycystic ovary syndrome. (nichd.nih.gov)

3 Things to do if you’re trying to get pregnant with PCOS

Eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Women with PCOS need to regulate ovulation, and in many cases, that can be done with diet and exercise.

Because symptoms of PCOS include weight gain and difficulty losing those extra pounds, eating a balanced diet that focuses on protein, healthy fats—olive oil, avocados, and nuts—vegetables, and whole grains can be an effective way to manage the condition.

Aim for about 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise three to five times a week.

Reduce Stressors. When dealing with infertility, keeping stress at bay can be a challenge. But long-term stress can have a negative impact on hormones and fertility. Too much stress leads to higher levels of cortisol, which may trigger an increase in insulin. People who struggle with feeling stressed may benefit from talk therapy, meditation, exercising, or connecting with loved ones.

Consult a Welling Clinic Specialist To Get Pregnant With PCOS. We specialise in treating the root cause of infertility with natural steps, including Homeopathic medicines, nutritional advise and some basic yoga postures. PCOS can be cured without metformin or other harmful medications. The treatment process can also help you go through your pregnancy without any complications, as associated with a woman who gets pregnant with PCOS.

What is Endometrial Thickness?

How to Increase Endometrial ThicknessThe endometrium is the lining of the uterus. It is one of the few organs in the human body that changes in size every month throughout a person’s fertile years.

Each month, as part of the menstrual cycle, the body prepares the endometrium to host an embryo. Endometrial thickness increases and decreases during the process. One of the key aspects in that regard is the endometrium and the thickness of its wall.

What Is The Normal Endometrial Thickness?

The endometrial layer in itself is pretty thin. Towards the end of each menstrual cycle, when the upper layer has shed completely, the layer that remains is barely about 1 mm thick. As the next ovulation cycle begins, the cells start creating the new functional layer above it.

The thickness of the layer usually varies from person to person, but the normal range of endometrial thickness for conceiving is considered to be around 8 mm which needs to go up to around 15 mm to be able to hold the fertilized egg securely.

The normal thickness of the endometrium changes throughout a person’s life, from childhood, through to sexual maturity, fertile years, and after menopause.

In imaging tests of young females who have not yet begun menstruating, the endometrium is present but smaller than it will be later in life.

What Happens Before Pregnancy?

Endometrial thickness is important in pregnancy. Healthcare experts link the best chances for a healthy, full-term pregnancy to an endometrium that is neither too thin nor too thick. This allows the embryo to implant successfully and receives the nutrition it needs. The endometrium gets thicker as the pregnancy progresses.

How to measure the Endometrial Thickness?

Ultrasound is the most common way to measure the thickness of the endometrium. It is the method that healthcare providers use first, especially if an individual has reported abnormal vaginal bleeding.

When ultrasound is not suitable, often due to the position of a person’s uterus or other health conditions, doctors use MRI.

What Are The Causes Of Low Endometrial Thickness?

Estrogen-Related Issues

Reduced levels of estrogen could sometimes prevent the growth of cells, which in turn inhibits the thickening of the endometrium.

Poor Blood Flow

If the uterus does not receive an adequate supply of blood, it may have trouble creating an endometrium that is thick enough for conception. The lack of adequate blood flow may be due to a tilted uterus, uterine fibroids or even a sedentary lifestyle.

Improper Functioning of Progesterone

When the progesterone hormone does not function in the manner it needs to, the endometrium does not thicken.

Side-Effects of Fertility Drugs

In a cruel twist of irony, certain drugs that are used to boost fertility and trigger ovulation might inadvertently cause a side-effect that results in the thinning of the endometrial layer.

Stressful Lifestyle

Have you treated this disease?

Yes, our doctors have treated many patients suffering from this condition over the years. Every patient is unique, so the response to treatment can vary, but our team carefully evaluates each case and creates an individualized treatment plan based on the patient's symptoms, medical history, and overall health.

How long it takes for cure?

The time required for improvement varies from person to person and depends on factors such as the condition, its severity, duration, and overall health. Some patients notice changes within a few weeks, while chronic conditions may require several months of consistent treatment.

Do I have to travel to Mumbai, India

No. We consult and treat patients from across India and around the world through online consultations. Medicines can be delivered to your doorstep, allowing you to receive treatment from the comfort of your home.

Are there any side-effects?

Homeopathic medicines are generally well tolerated when prescribed by a qualified doctor. Our doctors carefully select medicines based on your individual case and monitor your progress throughout treatment.

Is there guarantee of cure?

No ethical doctor can guarantee a cure, as every patient's condition, response to treatment, and healing capacity are different. However, our doctors will evaluate your case honestly and provide realistic expectations regarding the potential benefits of treatment.

Will I get refund of treatment fees

Treatment fees are non-refundable once the initial consultation has been completed. If you have questions regarding payments or refunds, our team will be happy to explain the applicable policy before you start treatment.

Will my symptoms increase first?

Some patients may notice temporary changes in their symptoms during treatment, while many experience gradual improvement without any noticeable aggravation. Your doctor will monitor your progress and guide you throughout the treatment process.

Is there a difference in online and in-clinic treatment outcome?

In most cases, treatment outcomes are similar because homeopathic prescriptions are based on a detailed understanding of your symptoms and medical history. Online consultations allow our doctors to gather the same essential information and provide personalized treatment remotely.

How do I know if homeopathic treatment is right for me?

The best way to find out is through a consultation with one of our doctors. After reviewing your symptoms, medical history, and previous treatments, we can advise whether homeopathy may be suitable for your condition.

Steps You Can Take If Trying To Get Pregnant

Tired of Treatments That Didn't Work? Change to Experts For Complete Recovery

pregnant photoPregnancy is the most wonderful time for a women and probably the most memorable time of her life. At Welling, we want to make it more special and healthiest period of your life.  Most women know they need to see a doctor and make lifestyle changes while pregnant or even before she gets pregnant. These steps will help you prepare yourself and your body for pregnancy and give you a better chance of having a healthy baby.

You can meet our specialist for a detailed evaluation for pre-pregnancy check-ups or if you are facing difficulty getting pregnant. We specialise in helping couples deliver a healthy baby, by helping you get pregnant, naturally.

See Your Specialist

See your doctor before you get pregnant. Even if you feel you are healthy and ready for a pregnancy, your doctor can do plenty ahead of time to help you prepare.

  • Your doctor will discuss your current health, your health history, and your family’s health history. Some health problems in your family can be passed on to your children. Your doctor may refer you to a genetic counselor.
  • You may need blood tests, or you may need to get caught up on vaccines before you are pregnant.
  • Your doctor will talk with you about medicines, herbs, and supplements you may be taking. They can affect an unborn baby. Your provider may recommend medicine changes before you get pregnant.
  • Long-term health problems, such as asthma or diabetes, should be stable before you get pregnant.
  • If you are obese, your provider will recommend losing weight before pregnancy. Doing so will reduce your risk of complications in pregnancy.
  • At this stage and during pregnancy, its best to abstain from any allopathic medicines except if its emergency or life-threatening for mother or baby. Try the safe and all-natural Homeopathy treatment, developed especially for healthy pregnancy for baby and mother at Welling Homeopathy.

Stop Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs. Limit Caffeine

If you smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, you should stop before you get pregnant. They can:

  • Make it harder for you to get pregnant
  • Increase the chance that you will miscarry (lose the baby before it is born).

If you need help quitting smoking, alcohol, or drugs, talk to your doctor or midwife.

Alcohol can harm a growing fetus (unborn baby), even in small amounts. Drinking alcohol while you are pregnant can cause long-term problems for your baby, such as intellectual disability, behavioral issues, learning disabilities, and facial and heart defects.

Smoking is bad for unborn babies and puts your child at greater risk of health problems later in life.

  • Women who smoke during pregnancy are more likely to have a baby with a lower birth weight.
  • Smoking also makes it harder for you to recover from your pregnancy.

Drugs that are not prescribed by a doctor (including street drugs) can be dangerous for you to take at any point in your life.

You should also cut down on caffeine when you are trying to get pregnant. Women who daily consume more than 2 cups (500 mL) of coffee or 5 cans (2 L) of soda that contains caffeine may have a harder time getting pregnant and a greater chance of miscarriage.

Limit unnecessary medicines or supplements. Discuss with your doctor both prescribed and over-the-counter medicines and supplements you take before you try to conceive. Most medicines have some risks, but many have unknown risks and have not been thoroughly studied for safety. If medicines or supplements are not absolutely necessary, DO NOT take them.

Eat a Balanced Diet

Maintain or strive for a healthy body weight.

A balanced diet is always good for you. Follow a healthy diet before you get pregnant. A few simple guidelines are:

  • Reduce empty calories, artificial sweeteners, and caffeine.
  • Eat foods that are high in protein.
  • Fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy products will make you healthier before you get pregnant.

Also limit the amount of fish that you eat. Seafood contains mercury, which can cause birth defects if eaten in large amounts. Pregnant women should:

  • Eat no more than 12 ounces (oz), or 340 g, of fish a week
  • Avoid large ocean fish, such as shark and tilefish.
  • Limit tuna intake to 1 can (85 g) of white tuna or 1 tuna steak per week, or 2 cans (170 g) of light tuna per week.

If you are underweight or overweight, it is best to try to reach your ideal weight before you get pregnant.

  • Being overweight during pregnancy may increase your chances of problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, miscarriage, stillbirth, birth defects, and needing a cesarean birth (C-section).
  • It is not a good idea to try to lose weight during pregnancy. But it is very good idea to attain a healthy pregnancy body weight before conceiving.

Take Vitamins and Folic Acid

Take a vitamin and mineral supplement that includes at least 0.4 milligrams (400 micrograms) of folic acid.

  • Folic acid reduces the risk of birth defects, especially problems with the baby’s spine.
  • Start taking a vitamin with folic acid before you want to get pregnant.
  • Avoid high doses of any vitamin, especially vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins can cause birth defects if you take more than the normal recommended daily amounts.

Exercise

Exercising before you get pregnant may help your body deal with all of the changes that you will go through during the pregnancy and labor.

Most women who already exercise can safely maintain their current exercise program throughout the most of their pregnancy.

And most women, even if they are not currently exercising, should start on an exercise program of 30 minutes of brisk exercise 5 days per week, both before conceiving and throughout pregnancy.

The amount of exercise you are able to do during pregnancy should be based on your overall health and how active you are before you get pregnant. Talk to your doctor about what kind of exercise, and how much, is good for you.

Stress, Rest, and Relaxation

While you are trying to get pregnant, try to relax and reduce stress as much as possible. Ask your doctor about techniques to reduce stress. Get plenty of rest and relaxation. This may make it easier for you to become pregnant.

Remember to meet our experts for any query on getting pregnant naturally and about healthy pregnancy.
